The Next 100, In Record Time

I had originally titled this post to be more about running, but running wasn’t a thing for me most of the summer. And then I just started to get back into in North Carolina when – bam! – major injury number three for the year that has me grounded yet again. I’d give up permanently at this point if I didn’t have a running vacation across Patagonia coming up in March. At least there were plenty of options fitness options in North Carolina too. Here’s what I’ve been up to the last 5 weeks: 11 Lagree classes, 5 Cyclebar classes, 1 Orange Theory class, 5 home workouts, and – pre-injury – 4 road runs, 2 trail runs and 5 hikes. Those hikes neatly round out the end of this list of 100 and the next batch will begin in Georgia.

This is first time I managed to complete my 100 unique hikes in less than a year. Quite a bit less, actually. The first hike on this list I did on December 12, 2020 and the last one on October 24. It’s fun to look back at this list and see all the places I’ve been on my crazy permanent road trip life.
